Clear My Browser Cache

If you are experiencing problems in retrieving the latest version of a page or file, clearing the browser cache is a good first step to try to resolve the issue. A browser cache stores copies of web pages you visit which allows the pages to load faster. Clearing the cache helps keep pages updated with the correct information.
  • Internet Explorer
    1. In the Internet Explorer menu bar, click the Settings icon.
    2. Select the Internet Options link.
    3. Under the Browsing history heading, click the Delete button.
    4. Check the Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data checkboxes are selected. Remove the check for the Preserve Favorites website data checkbox.
    5. Click the Delete button.
  • Chrome
    1. In the Chrome browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.
    2. Click the More Tools link.
    3. Click the Clear browsing data link.
    4. Use the drop-down menu to select the time range you want to clear browsing data.
    5. Clear browsing data by selecting checkboxes. Select the Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
    6. Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
  • Firefox
    1. In the Firefox menu bar, click the Open menu icon.
    2. Select the Options icon.
    3. Click the Clear browsing data link.
    4. Select the Advanced icon, then select the Network tab.
    5. Under the Cached Web Content heading, click the Clear Now button.
Why can't I login?

If you have trouble login, check the following:
  • Did you type in your password correctly? Passwords are case-sensitive, and make sure that your keyboard's Caps Lock feature is turned off.
  • Have you forgotten your password? Please click here.

Forgot Your Password

If you forgot your password, please input your Staff / Student ID here and your login credential will be sent to you.

Change Your Password

To help maintain the security of your account, it is a good idea to periodically change your password. After login the Intranet, please click the Change Password button at the top right hand corner on the screen to change your password.

Logout of your Intranet user account

To help prevent others from using your intranet account, be sure to Logout when you are finished using Intranet. On any Intranet webpage, please click the Logout button at the top right hand corner on the screen to logout.
